Can they even be called anything?

Not to be judgemental, but how can you not pass judgement on someone who has nothing else better to do than spend loads of money on property that may not really be all that proper. You hear about eccentric people buying eccentric things on eBay, but this... this... this just doesn't feed the bulldog; hell, it doesn't even feed a chihuahua. Apparently, there are 'people' who value their virtual, gaming 'belongings' to such an extent, that they are willing to purchase an area, on a map, in a game, on some server, of some dude, for hundreds and thousands of dollars - just for the fun of it? Beats me.
