Why does PC support stink?

Funny to some but certainly awful to others, whose memories of endless grief and frustration may come back almost instantly, this article goes to show, in a most entertaining way (think Oscars) why you should consider ditching using Symantec's antivirus products; better yet, why you should not pay for them. I wish I had just as good an article that goes after McAfee's as well.
